Mission
The Oasis Development Corporation is a non-profit housing developer committed to the building of new homes or the revitalization of run down homes in Camden, New Jersey. Our mission is to develop mixed income communities in our city. We offer low income, affordable, and moderate homes to the public. There are activities that we provide to the community to achieve that goal which include but are not limited to: Land acquisition; General contracting; Home ownership counseling; Marketing and home sales, and Community organizing. Oasis is working to provide the essential building blocks needed to develop and maintain viable thriving communities.
