By investing in their lives, Forward Steps supports youth and young adults at-risk by reducing equity gaps in education and workforce development so they can reach their full potential as independent and thriving members of their community through financial support, mentoring, resource navigation and wrap around supports, and customized career and postsecondary readiness programming helping students navigate high school persistence and graduation, and postsecondary enrollment, attainment, and successful workforce entry earning a sustainable wage.
