SECTION 2. Purposes. The Corporation is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated not for a pecuniary profit. The purposes for which the Corporation is organrzcd are : l. To organize and lmprove the well being of the community by promoting social development and educational, economical and physical needs of the community through service provisions 2. To promote achievement by granting scholarships and other services needed to improve the quality of life to the residents in the surrounding communities'
