THE OBJECTIVE OF THE ASSOCIATION SHALL BE TO PROVIDE FOR DECENT BURIAL OF THE DEAD OR ANY LEGAL DISPOSITION OF HUMAN REMAINS AND TO PERPETUALLY MAINTAIN THE CEMETERY. THE CEMETERY SHALL BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR PUBLIC USE.
