THE FOUNDATION ALSO IDENTIFIES OPPORTUNITIES FOR TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROVIDED BY OTHER CHARITABLE EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS THAT FACILITATE THE PARTICIPATION OF AMATEUR ATHLETES IN SUCH MARINE RELATED EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS.
