Mission
The Topsail Junior Pirates Football and Cheer are a Pop Warner Little Scholars nonprofit Youth Football & Cheerleading organization located in Hampstead, North Carolina. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. (PWLS) is the only national youth sports organization in America that requires its participants to perform adequately in the classroom before permitting them to play. Our goal is to provide a recreational football and cheer program to all youth individuals that are willing to participate with a major emphasis on fun, enjoyment and character development including sportsmanship, positive attitude, and equality to all participants.
