Mission
The Connecticut Institute for Professional Builders and Remodelers Inc. CIPBR is a 501c3 nonprofit educational organization whose primary exempt purpose is to advance trades education workforce development in the residential building and remodeling sector. CIPBRs mission is to empower students and emerging professionals through handson training programs seminars and collaborative initiatives with technical schools industry partners and policymakers across Connecticut. By fostering these partnerships CIPBR supports the cultivation of a skilled workforce and promotes public understanding of the homebuilding trades.
