THE PURPOSE OF THE RICADV IS TO ELIMINATE DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN RHODE ISLAND OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE WORK OF OUR MEMBER AGENCIES AND TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP ON THE ISSUE OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
