Mission
The Porter-Phelps-Huntington Foundation, Inc. operated and preserves the Porter-Phelps-Huntington Museum, Phelps Farm, historic grounds, gardens, agricultural land, historic collections and archives, and presents historical and cultural programs for the general public. Expenses are related to operations, preservation, maintenance and support of an historic house museum and site and public outreach programming. The Foundation also received Phelps Farm in 2022 and expenses relate to the stabilization of this 1816 structure and managing the property including outbuildings and 50 acres of preserved farmland.
