THE CORPORATION SHALL ALSO BE DEDICATED TO THE FORMULATION OF PROGRAMS WHICH PROMOTE POSITIVE PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT WHILE ADVANCING ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH THROUGH ATHLETICS.
