TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT FOR ASSISTING IN ENTERTAINING THE ELDERLY OF THE CITY OF BROCKTON. THE ENTERTAINING IS ACCOMPLISHED BY SUBSIDISING THE COST OF DAY TRIPS, ART AND CRAFTS PROGRAMS AND DANCE LESSONS.
