Mission
The purposes for which this Foundation is organized is to provide educational assistance and charitable services to residents of the city and county of Sacramento by providing direct assistance to individuals seeking higher education and or charitable assistance services as well as funding support to not-for-profit organizations. These purposes are achieved by meeting financial needs through grant underwritings scholarship offerings and direct charitable assistance services and programs to families individuals and not-for-profit organizations. The Foundation develops and sponsors direct service programs and will partner with community-based organizations that have similar purposes to strengthen its purposes and meet its goals. These direct service programs promote self-reliance self-empowerment and self-sufficiency.
