We at Village of the Stars are committed to support and advocate for American families who are facing the multiple challenges in adopting and raising children from abroad in particular those with special needs. We are supporting the adoptive families to alleviate many challenges they are facing including: 1. Overwhelming financial and medical burdens emergency financial need during natural disasters Limited income some will never afford to retire Treatments are very costly medical bills piles up fast getting a good insurance is a luxury Getting little help from the government Cannot afford babysitters and professional care workers2. Mental illness and unmet developmental needs3. Social & cultural prejudice & bias4. Limited education choices5. Isolated having few or no friends losing what they had6. Their own aging and health issues Supported total 67 adoptive families in 2025
