The purposes of Form 990, the "organization" will refer to Frost Bank, the institutional Trustee of this Charitable Trust. Frost Bank carries out the intent and directions provided in the governing documents of the trust. The settlor of this Trust directed that the endowment Fund be organized and operated to support Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, A 501(C)(3) Organization. The net income from the investments is distributed to or for the benefit of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church. The H. Edwin and Selma M Kunath Trust fund is an Endowment Fund created under the Will of H. Edwin Kunath.
