FOCUSING ON ASSISTING EARLY-CAREER, UNTENURED, TENURE-TRACK FACULTY IN AREAS OF PRIMARY INTEREST TO THE UNIVERSITY, AND; 3. PROVIDING FUNDS THAT SUPPLEMENT, BUT DO NOT SUPPLANT, FUNDS AVAILABLE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OR OTHER SOURCES.
