Mission
Trust was an administrative trust required to distribute all of the net assets to both charitable and noncharitable beneficiaries. Trust completed distributions to noncharitable beneficiaries in 2014 and is therefore considered terminated for federal income tax purposes. Trust filed a final federal Form 1041 and California Form 541 in 2014. Starting in 2015, the Trust is converting into and filing as a charitable trust and will continue to do so until the date on which final distribution of the net assets to the last remaining charitable beneficiary is made.
