Mission
Roots to Leadership cultivates a connected career-long community for nonprofit professionals where peer learning practitioner-grounded programming and a culture of service help leaders grow with intention at every stage of their careers. The organizations most significant activities include monthly Community Meetings hosted with partner organizations across North Texas Connection Circles offering small-group peer learning and applied conversation hosted at Tarrant Area Food Bank and a Community Board connecting members to open roles board seats and volunteer opportunities across the sector. All community programming is free to attend. Roots to Leadership serves nonprofit professionals at every stage of their career - from those finding their footing in the sector to experienced leaders seeking continued growth and peer connection.
