Mission
Christianity Programs, General/Other: Paraclete Ministries was created for the purpose of the ministry of the Gospel (generally) and (specifically) to come alongside ministers and ministries to help them in their effectiveness in fulfilling their mission. Diagnostic tools are used to help measure the effectiveness of ministries and ministry leaders. A one-week, on site mentoring program provides a thorough debriefing to the senior pastor and a document of about 30 pages of observations and recommendations is provided, tailored to that church's culture and needs through extensive interviews and observations. During the Mentoring Project, training of key leadership is provided and the church is given tools for strategic planning.
